Today is a gloriously warm day. I don't know what kind of joke the weather is playing, but I can't honestly complain right now. It feels very much like spring outside, which always gets me in a mood for gardening. My thumb isn't particularly green, but my mother and I have learned a great deal about keeping sunflowers over the year, making them our most successful projects. This year, I'm going to try starting some of my sunflower plants indoors a few weeks before planting season begins at our house (the end of May, usually). Until that time comes, I shall wait and my little seeds will remain in their dormant state.
