The four of us felt like taking a random drive, so we pointed the car to the west and headed further into the foothills, right to the base of the mountains. As we were driving, we spotted several does, who were quite obliging in the way of photos.
Must be molting season... nice shot, though! Deer are always so antsy whenever I try to take pictures of them (of course, we don't have mule deer here).
